胫骨内侧高位截骨联合关节镜下清理术治疗膝内侧单间室骨关节炎

Medial high tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of medial unicompartment knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨采用胫骨内侧高位截骨联合关节镜下清理术治疗膝内侧单间室骨关节炎的疗效。方法对22例膝内侧单间室骨关节炎患者先行关节镜下清理术,再予以胫骨内侧高位截骨。采用Lysholm评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得1年随访。切口均一期愈合,术后8周胫骨截骨处基本愈合。术后半年及1年均采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分评价疗效:术后半年优19例,良2例,可1例,优良率21/22;术后1年优18例,良2例,可2例,优良率20/22。结论胫骨内侧高位截骨联合关节镜下清理术治疗膝内侧单间室骨关节炎可以有效改善患者膝关节症状,是一种简单、安全的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of medial high tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of medial unicompartment knee osteoarthritis.Methods The 22 patients with unicompartment knee osteoarthritis were received arthroscopic debridement,and medial high tibial osteotomy;and Lysholm score was adopted to assess the efficacy.Results All caces were followed up for 1 year.All incisions got primary healing,and the osteotomy site gained basic healing within 8 weeks.The Lysholm score result:at half year postoperaiton,19 cases were excellent,2 good,1 fair,and the excellent-good rate was 21/22;at 1 year postoperation,18 cases were excellent,2 good,2 fair,with the excellent-good rate of 20/22.Conclusions For the treatment of medial unicompartment knee osteoarthritis,medial high tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic debridement is able to effectively relieve the pain symptoms,which is a simple and safe method.
