桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨干C型骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨干C型骨折的临床疗效。方法采用桥接组合式内固定系统治疗18例股骨干C型骨折患者。记录手术情况及术后并发症发生情况。术后6个月时采用HSS评分和Harris评分对患者患侧膝关节和髋关节功能情况进行评估。结果手术时间90~130 min,术中出血量200~500 ml,术后引流量30~90 ml,住院时间10~17 d。患者均获得随访,时间12~15个月。骨折愈合时间14~18周。术后1例切口愈合不良、1例压疮,经换药后均治愈;患者未发生内固定松动或断裂、切口感染、下肢静脉血栓形成、骨折不愈合等并发症。术后6个月,HSS评分为89~97分,Harris评分为92~99分。结论桥接组合式内固定系统用于治疗股骨干C型骨折并发症少,疗效确切。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bridging combined internal fixation system in the treatment of type C femoral shaft fractures.Methods The 18 cases of type C femoral shaft fracture were treated with bridging combined internal fixation system.The operation situation and postoperative complications were recorded.At 6 months after operation,HSS score and Harris score were used to evaluate the function of effected lateral knee joint and hip joint.Results The operation time was 90~130 min,intraoperative bleeding volume was 200~500 ml,the postoperative drainage volume was 30~90 ml,the hospital stay time was 10~17 d.All patients were followed up for 12~15 months.The fracture healing time was 14~18 weeks.After the operation,1 case had bad wound healing and 1 case had pressure sore,all of whom were cured after dressing change.There were no complications such as internal fixation loosening and fracture,surgical incision infection,lower extremity venous thrombosis,nonunion and so on.At 6 months after operation,the HSS score was 89~97 scroes,Harris score was 92~99 scores.Conclusions The bridging combined internal fixation system is effective in the treatment of type C femoral shaft fracture,with few complications and exact curative effect.
