某轻量化大口径自行火炮车尾驻锄正向设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高快速部署能力和战场上的机动性能,轻量化是未来武器装备的发展方向之一,但大口径火炮的轻量化设计可能会对其射击稳定性带来不利影响。对某型轻量化大口径履带式自行火炮进行动力学仿真分析,仿真结果表明,火炮发射时俯仰角过大,跳高过高,观测点纵向位移超过现役对标装备的实测结果3倍以上,扭杆悬挂的转角过大,影响其使用寿命。为解决该炮的稳定性问题,在底盘的尾部配备驻锄,根据相关设计经验确定驻锄压缩阻力系数的范围,在该范围内进行等间距取值计算,输出车身俯仰角和驻锄支反力与压缩阻力系数之间的关系曲线,曲线上存在拐点且该拐点附近即为压缩阻力系数的理想取值,配备驻锄后的火炮的各项稳定性指标都改善了90%左右,观测点数据也优于对标装备的实测结果,该炮的射击稳定性已能满足要求。研究为该轻量化大口径履带式自行火炮的总体设计提供了技术支撑。 To improve rapid deployment capability and mobility on the battlefield,lightweight is one of the directions of future weaponry and equipment development.However,lightweight design may have adverse effect on firing stability of large caliber guns.The simulation analysis of the dynamics of a lightweight large-caliber tracked self-propelled gun shows that the pitch angle is too large when the gun is fired.Dynamics simulation of a large caliber self-propelled tracked artillery under lightweight design is carried out,the result shows that shooting stability cannot meet the requirements,for the pitch is too high,the displacement values on test points are 3 times surpass that on the military equipment,and torsion bar suspension has too large a turning angle,affecting its service life.To solve the stability problem of the artillery,a pair of standing hoes is installed at the rear of the vehicle body,with their piezoresistive coefficient value range determined according to relevant design experience.Calculate with the value of equal spacing from the range,and output the curve of body pitch and standing hoe counterforce,the inflection point on the curve is the target value.The ideal value for the coefficient of compression resistance is a curve on which there is an inflection point and near which is the ideal value for the coefficient of compression resistance.With these two standing hoes,the stability indexes improved by 90%and the observation point data is also superior to the measured results of the target equipment so that the shooting stability meets the requirement.The study provides technical support for the overall design of this lightweight large-caliber tracked self-propelled artillery.
