摘要
针对大口径舰炮对舰船雷达隐身性能的影响比较突出,提出了利用舰炮防护罩外形隐身技术来降低舰炮的雷达特征信号。按照外形隐身设计原则,舰炮防护罩隐身外形设计为多面体,各面板都带有倾斜角度。使用物理光学法对防护罩周向隐身性能进行了多频率、多探测仰角仿真,仿真结果表明防护罩周向的强散射源点较多,防护罩隐身性能较弱。利用倾斜角度变化对RCS值影响明显的特点,对防护罩周向各面板的倾斜角度进行了优化,并对角度优化后的防护罩重新进行了RCS仿真,最终得到隐身性能较好的防护罩外形。与优化前的防护罩相比,优化后的防护罩周向RCS值明显降低,RCS最大值降低了56.6%,防护罩0°(360°)方位的RCS值降幅最大,达到了144.3%,角度优化后的雷达特征主波瓣明显收窄,防护罩的隐身性能得到很大提高,为其他相似产品防护罩的隐身设计提供了技术参考。
In view of the prominent influence of large-caliber naval guns on the radar stealth perfor-mance of the warship,the radar characteristic signal of naval gun is reduced by using the stealth shape of naval gun shield.According to the shape stealth design principle,the stealth shape of naval gun shield is designed as polyhedron,with each panel having a tilt angle.The multi-frequency and multi-detection elevation-angle simulation of shield′s circumferential stealth performance is carried out by using physical-optical method.The simulation results show that there are more strong scattering source points in shield′s circumferential direction and the shield′s stealth performance is weaker.As the RCS value is obviously affected by the change of tilt angle,the tilt angle of each panel around the shield is optimized,with the RCS simulation of the shield after the angle optimization carried out again.After several iterations of optimization,the shield shape with better stealth performance is finally obtained.Compared with the shield before optimization,the optimized shield′s circumferential RCS value is significantly reduced,with the maximum RCS value reduced by 56.6%,and with the maximum RCS value of shield in 0°(360°)direction reduced the most,reaching 144.3%.The main lobe of the radar feature in the angle optimized area is obviously narrowed,with the stealth performance of shield greatly improved,providing technical references for the stealth design of other similar products.
