摘要
模块化预制混凝土加装电梯井道施工技术以装配式混凝土技术为基础,在工厂拼装、现场安装。解决了现有预制工厂生产三维构件难度大的问题,提高生产效率,优化现场施工。在保障加装电梯安全性、适用性的前提下,能有效解决现阶段采用钢结构加装电梯产生的电梯使用过程中的养护问题,大幅度减少维护工作,节约电梯运行的综合成本。
Construction technology of installing elevator shaft with modular precast concrete is based on prefabricated concrete technology, assembled in the factory and installed on site. It overcomes the difficulty of producing three-dimensional components in existing prefabricated factories, improves production efficiency, and optimizes on-site construction. On the premise of ensuring the safety and applicability of the installed elevator, it can effectively solve the maintenance problems in the elevator use process caused by using the steel structure to install the elevator at this stage, greatly reducing the maintenance work and saving the comprehensive cost of elevator operation.
