摘要
通过拉伸试验机对高强钢绞线网-纤维增强聚合物砂浆(HSS-FRCM)复合层试件进行静态拉伸力学性能试验,研究短切PP纤维及短切钢纤维增强砂浆对HSS-FRCM复合层单轴拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明:短切纤维的掺入可有效提高整体复合层的抗拉性能,提高其抗开裂能力,且在未开裂阶段,两种不同纤维的掺入对其抗拉刚度的影响差别较大。
Uniaxial tensile test of high strength steel-fiber reinforced cementitous matrix(HSS-FRCM) composite layer is carried out by universal testing machine, and the effects of PP and steel fiber reinforced mortar on the uniaxial tensile mechanical properties of HSS-FRCM composite layer are studied. It is concluded that the incorporation of chopped fibers can effectively improve the tensile properties and crack resistance of the whole composite layer, and in the uncracked stage, the effects of different fibers on its tensile stiffness are quite different.
