基于论域可调模糊PID的云母矿质量分数控制系统设计与应用

摘要 云母矿制浆过程具有滞后性较大的特点,普通PID控制无法产生较好的控制效果。为解决这一问题,本文首先按相应规则使模糊控制器输入量与输出量的论域范围随误差和误差变化率进行调节,然后利用模糊控制器实现PID控制参数实时调整,最后得到一种论域可调且具有自适应功能的PID控制器。在Simulink仿真实验中,与普通PID相比,此控制方式动态系统响应快、超调量小。在湖北平安电工材料有限公司云母纸生产线应用结果显示,该控制系统能够将云母矿质量分数静态误差由原工艺每班±1.5%控制在±0.2%内,云母纸定量误差控制在±1 g内。使用该系统后生产线云母纸质量稳定,其定量波动范围明显降低。 The mica ore pulping process has the characteristic of large hysteresis,inducing the poor control performances of ordinary proportional-integral-derivative(PID).To solve this problem,firstly,we adjusted the universe range of input and output of the fuzzy controller with change of the error and error rate according to the corresponding rules,and then the real-time PID control parameters were realized by using the fuzzy controller,finally,a PID controller with variable universe and self-adaptive function was obtained.In Simulink simulation experiment,compared with ordinary PID,this control method shows fast dynamic system response and small overshoot.The application results in a mica paper production line of Pamica Electric Material(Hubei)Co.,Ltd show that the control system can control the static error of the mica ore mass fraction within ±0.2% from±1.5% per shift of the original process,and the quantitative error of mica paper within ±1 g.After using this system,the quality of mica paper in the production line is stable,and its quantitative fluctuation range is significantly reduced.
