鍉针点按法对缺血性卒中后大鼠大脑皮层脑源性神经生长因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察鍉针点按干预方法对脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)在缺血性卒中后大鼠脑组织中表达的影响。方法随机将24只SD大鼠分为假手术、模型和治疗组,各8只。造模后假手术组和模型组正常抓取,不给于其他治疗,治疗组给予顶颞前斜线鍉针点按刺激。2周后,采用Zealonga评分,TTC和HE染色,Western blot和Q-PCR检测脑组织中BDNF蛋白和mRNA的表达。结果假手术和治疗组神经功能评分、脑梗死面积明显小于模型组(P <0.05),BDNF蛋白和mRNA含量显著高于模型组(P <0.05)。结论鍉针点按法能改善缺血性卒中模型大鼠的神经功能,其机制可能与上调BDNF在模型大鼠大脑皮层中的表达有关。 Objective To observe the effect of the point-pressing manipulation with spoon needles on the expression of the brain-derived nerve growth factors(BDNF)in the brain tissues of the rats with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of the 24 SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the model group and the treatment group,with 8 rats in each group.After modeling,the sham operation group and the model group were selected normally,and no other treatments were given,while the treatment group was given the stimulation of the point-pressing manipulation with spoon needles on the anterior oblique line of parietal and temporal.Two weeks later,the expression of BDNF protein and mRNA in the brain tissues was detected by the Zealonga score,TTC and HE staining,Western blot and Q-PCR.Results The neurological function score and cerebral infarction area of the sham operation group and the treatment group were significantly smaller than those of the model group(P<0.05),and the content of BDNF protein and mRNA was significantly higher than that of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The point-pressing manipulation with spoon needles can improve the neurological function of the ischemic stroke model rats,and its mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of the expression of BDNF in the cerebral cortex of the model rats.
