酒依赖病人注意偏向训练图片库的建立及图片的信效度评定

Establishment of picture library for attentional bias training of alcohol-dependent patients and evaluation of pictures’reliability and validity

目的:初步建立酒依赖注意偏向训练图片库,并对图片进行信效度评定。方法:由5名专家从300张图片中筛选出图片分类认同度在80%以上、适合我国国情及诱发饮酒渴求均值在4分以上的图片;100名志愿者在专家筛选的基础上,对所选图片的愉悦度、威胁度及唤醒度进行视觉模拟评分;最后由5名专家对图片是否能进入酒依赖病人注意偏向训练图片库进行评定,保留80%以上专家打分3分以上的图片,对图片进行信效度评定。结果:筛选出109张图片,组成酒依赖注意偏向训练图片库,图片愉悦度、威胁度及唤醒度Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.991,0.992,0.990;图片的内容效度指数为0.908;100名志愿者对30张图片的愉悦度、威胁度、唤醒度前后两次评分结果的Pearson相关系数分别为0.702,0.682,0.712,均P<0.01;图片库愉悦度和威胁度评分呈负相关(r=-0.257,P<0.001);散点图显示愉悦度及威胁度评分分布范围较广。结论:初步建立酒依赖注意偏向训练图片库评定结果良好,可以为酒依赖病人的临床研究提供材料。

Objective:To initially establish an attention-bias-training picture library for alcohol dependence and evaluate the pictures’reliability and validity.Methods:Pictures with a recognition degree of more than 80%,suitable for Chinese national conditions,and with a mean value of above 4 for inducing drinking cravings from 300 pictures were selected by 5 experts.Based on the selection of experts,The visual simulation,scoring on the pleasure,threat,and arousal of the pictures was conclucted by 100 volunteers.Finally,the same five experts assessed whether the pictures could be included in the attention-bias-training picture library for alcohol-dependent patients and keep the 80%of pictures with a score above 3.The reliability and validity of the pictures was evaluated.Results:A total of 109 pictures were selected to form an attention-bias-training picture library for alcohol dependence.The Cronbach’sαcoefficients of pleasure,threat,and arousal of pictures were 0.991,0.992,and 0.990,respectively.The content validity index of the pictures was 0.908.One hundred volunteers conducted scoring on pleasure,threat,and arousal levels of 30 pictures two times.And the pearson correlation coefficients of the two scores were 0.702,0.682,and 0.712,respectively(all P<0.01).The pictures library’s pleasure and threat scores were negatively correlated(r=-0.257,P<0.001).The scatter plot showed a wide range of scores for pleasure and threat.Conclusion:The preliminary established Alcohol Dependent Attention Bias Picture Library had a good evaluation result,which could provide materials for clinical research on alcohol-dependent patients.
