曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔及培哚普利治疗扩张型心肌病25例的效果

The Effect of Trimetazidine Combined with Metoprolol and Perindopril in the Treatment of 25 Cases of Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔与培哚普利在扩张型心肌病(DCM)治疗中的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2018年3月至2019年10月鹰潭市余江区人民医院收治的DCM患者50例分为两组,各25例。对照组采用美托洛尔与培哚普利进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用曲美他嗪进行治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者心功能、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)及内皮素-Ⅰ(ET-Ⅰ)水平。结果:治疗3个月后,两组患者左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、血浆Ang-Ⅱ、BNP及ET-Ⅰ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组更低;两组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)水平比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔与培哚普利可有效改善DCM患者心功能及心室重构,具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol and perindopril in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods:A random number table was used to divide 50 DCM patients admitted to People's Hospital of Yujiang District from March 2018 to October 2019 into 2 groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol and perindopril,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive months.The heart function,plasma angiotensinⅡ(Ang-Ⅱ)and endothelin-I(ET-I)levels were observed in the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),plasma Ang-Ⅱ,BNP and ET-I levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level of the two groups of patients was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol and perindopril can effectively improve cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients with DCM,and has a good therapeutic effect.
