海南省文昌鸡产业高质量发展分析与展望

Analysis and Prospect of High-Quality Development of Wenchang Chicken Industry in Hainan Province

文昌鸡是国家级畜禽遗传资源保护品种,对海南省畜禽养殖业发展具有重要支撑作用。在国内动物疫病与新冠肺炎疫情风险的双重夹击之下,全面认识文昌鸡产业的品牌特色、养殖规模、良种繁育、装备设施和龙头企业的发展现状,总结其在种质资源保护、加工流通方式以及科技信息支撑方面的不足,有针对性的提出打造文昌鸡特色产业集群等有利于该产业高质量发展的对策建议,对后疫情时代海南省畜禽养殖业高标准规模化发展意义深远。

Wenchang Chicken is a national protected species of livestock and poultry genetic resources,which plays an important role in supporting the development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Hainan Province.Under the double attack of domestic animal epidemic disease and Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),this paper comprehensively studied the brand characteristics,scale of breeding,breeding of fine varieties,equipment&facilities and the development situation of leading enterprises of Wenchang Chicken industry in Hainan Province,and then summarized the deficiencies of the industry in the protection of germplasm resources,processing and circulation mode,and supporting information technology.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that were conducive to the high-quality development of Wenchang Chicken industry were put forward,such as building Wenchang Chicken characteristic industry cluster.It had far-reaching significance for the high standard and large-scale development of livestock and poultry industry in Hainan Province in the post-epidemic era.
