黄瓜高代自交系对低温弱光的生理响应及其抗性评价 被引量:3

Physiological Response and Resistance Evaluation of Cucumber Inbred Lines to Low Temperature and Weak Light

摘要 本研究以17份黄瓜高代自交系为试验材料,研究了人工模拟低温弱光(白天15℃,晚上7℃,光照300μmol·m-2·s-1,12 h)对黄瓜幼苗的冷害指数、叶绿素含量、光合效率、抗氧化酶活性以及渗透调节物质变化的影响。结果表明,低温弱光处理8 d后,黄瓜幼苗出现不同程度的冷害症状,叶绿素含量、光合速率和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,17份黄瓜自交系中大部分材料的过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性有所下降,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性有所增加,所有黄瓜自交系的脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。研究表明,低温弱光对黄瓜植株造成一定的伤害,不同类型黄瓜自交系的生理响应有所不同,通过隶属函数分析比较,黄瓜自交系C1、C2、C3和C4的低温弱光耐受性较强,其次是C9、C11和C13。本研究筛选出的耐低温弱光自交系可以应用到抗逆性品种选育中。 In order to the effects of artificial low temperature and weak light(15℃in the day,7℃in the night,300μmol·m-2·s-1,12 h)on chilling injury index,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic efficiency,antioxidant enzyme activities and osmotic regulation of 17 cucumber inbred lines with different types were studied.The results showed that after 8 days of low temperature and weak light treatment,cucumber seedlings suffered from chilling injury with different levels.Chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity decreased.Peroxidase(POD)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activities of most materials in 17 cucumber inbred lines decreased,while phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)activity increased.The content of proline,soluble protein and malondialdehyde(MDA)increased.The results showed that low temperature and weak light caused certain damage to cucumber plants,and the physiological responses of different types of cucumber inbred lines were different.Through the analysis and comparison of membership function,the low temperature and weak light tolerance of cucumber inbred lines C1,C2,C3 and C4 was stronger,followed by C9,C11 and C13.The low temperature and weak light resistant inbred lines selected in this study can be applied to the breeding of stress resistant varieties.
