摘要
对邯钢邯宝炼铁厂两座3200 m 3高炉炉顶料罐均压煤气回收系统进行了阐述。针对均压煤气直接放散造成的大气污染问题,对高炉炉顶系统进行升级,采用均压煤气回收技术,对均压后的煤气进行回收再利用,从而避免了煤气和粉尘对环境的污染并为企业创造了一定的经济效益。
This paper introduces the recovery system of pressure equalizing gas in charging bucket of Hanbao 3200 m 3 blast furnaces.To solve the air pollution caused by the direct release of pressure equalizing gas,we upgrade the top system of blast furnace and adopt the recovery technology of pressure equalizing gas,avoiding the pollution of gas and dust to the environment and creating economic benefits for the enterprise.
