炼轧厂大棒线厂房采暖蒸汽疏水器节能改造可行性及改造效果研究

摘要 酒钢炼轧厂大棒线厂房采暖蒸汽系统原有疏水器使用效率低下,节能效果差,蒸汽消耗成本高。针对大棒线厂房采暖蒸汽系统使用现状,研究了大棒线厂房采暖蒸汽系统原有疏水器改造的可行性、实施方案及改造效果。 The original steam trap in the heating steam system of the large rod line workshop in Jiugang smelting and rolling plant has low efficiency,poor energy saving effect and high cost of steam consumption.In view of the current situation of the steam heating system in the large rod line workshop,the feasibility,implementation plan and effect of the original steam trap transformation of the steam heating system were studied.
