摘要 为解决准噶尔盆地排字号区块井壁稳定难题,提高勘探成功率及施工效率,通过分析地层特点、技术对策、进行钻井液体系研究,确定在准噶尔盆地排66区块三开石炭系地层应用强抑制复合盐钻井液体系,该体系矿化度较高,抑制性强,配合现场维护处理措施,保证了高效快速钻井。现场应用13口井,钻井液性能良好,井壁稳定,起下钻顺利,机械钻速显著提高,并具有较好的储层保护作用,取得了良好的施工效果。 Through formation analysis and drilling fluid research,it is determined that the strong inhibition compound salt drilling fluid system can be used in the Carboniferous Formation of the third drilling process in Pai 66 block of Junggar basin.The system has high salinity and strong inhibition.Combined with the optimization of drilling tool combination and field maintenance and treatment measures,it can ensure high efficiency,fast drilling and maintain wellbore stability.The system has been applied to 13 wells in the field,showing a good deviation control effect,high speed of the mechanical drilling,good drilling fluid performance,a smooth tripping process,and good construction effect.
