摘要 利用卡氏第二定理推导了S形平面弹簧x向柔度解析式,设计了基于压电堆栈驱动和S形平面弹簧为定位机构的新型一维快速伺服刀架。基于倒角S形、直梁S形和圆弧S形快速伺服刀架的特点建立有限元模型分析这三种快速伺服刀架的静态和模态性能。结果表明:相比直梁S形和圆弧S形快速伺服刀架,倒角S形快速伺服刀架的行程最大。此研究内容为快速伺服刀架的工程设计提供理论基础。 Analytical calculation formula for compliance in x directions of a S-form planar spring is deduced by using the Castigliano’s second theorem.The new 1-DOF fast servo tool(FST)which is actuated by the piezoelectric stack and consists of the S-form planar spring as positioning mechanism is designed.Based on the features of these three FST,the models of finite element analysis are established,and the static and modal characteristics are analyzed by using finite element analysis(FEA).The results indicate that,compared to straight beam one and arc one,the FST based on curved S-form planar spring has largest stroke.These results provide a theoretical basis for the FST design in practical applications.
