摘要
目的研究家庭赋权方案在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者主要照顾者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年10月入住安徽省某三甲医院呼吸内科二病区的首次住院COPD患者主要照顾者76名为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各38名。实验组接受家庭赋权方案及常规护理,对照组接受常规护理,比较两组主要照顾者照顾能力评分和Zarit护理者负担量表(ZBI)评分。结果干预前后两组患者及主要照顾者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预前后实验组主要照顾者的照顾能力总分及各维度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后实验组主要照顾者的ZBI量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权方案可提高COPD患者主要照顾者的照顾能力,减轻COPD患者主要照顾者的照顾负担。
Objective To study the application effect of family empowerment program in the main caregivers of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 78 main caregivers ofpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease those hospitalized in the second ward of respiratory medicine department of a tertiary hospital in Anhui from July 2018 to October 2019were enrolled in the study,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.The experimental group received family empowerment program and routine nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The scores of care ability of main caregiver and Zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI)of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in general data of patients and main caregivers between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Before and after intervention,there was significant difference in the total scorescare ability and scores of each dimension of the main caregivers in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the ZBI scale scores of the main caregivers in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions Family empowerment program could improve the care ability of the main caregivers of COPD patients,and reduce the burden of care for the main caregivers of COPD patients.
