摘要
采用药剂浸渍法测定腐烂茎线虫对6种不同外源物的敏感性。结果显示,将50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂稀释成2400倍液处理24、48和144 h后对腐烂茎线虫仍有较高活性,各处理中均无线虫复苏现象,表现出稳定的防控效果。而将25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂稀释成400~600倍液处理48 h后对腐烂茎线虫表现出较好的防效,随着稀释倍数增加,处理液浓度降低,线虫敏感性降低。枯草芽孢杆菌对线虫防控效果较好,稀释成400~600倍液处理144 h,对线虫的击倒率达80%以上;但在个别处理中也存在线虫复苏现象。试验中也发现,将槟榔粉稀释成400~600倍液后表现出较好的击倒效果,可作为固体药剂的填充材料用于线虫防控。腐烂茎线虫对辛硫磷敏感性并不高,室内测定药效不理想。
Sensitivity of six different exogenous substances to stem rot nematode(Ditylenchus destructor)was determined by chemical impregnation method.The results showed that chlorobromoisocyanuric acid 50%SP still has high activity against the stem rot nematode after being diluted 2400 times and treated for 24 h,48 h and 144 h.However,thiamethoxam 25%WG showed better control effect on the stem rot nematode after being diluted 400-600 times and treated for 48 h.With the increasing of dilution the concentration of the treatment solutions decreased and the sensitivity of the exogenous substances to the nematode decreased.Bacillus subtilis has good control effect on nematodes,and its knock-down rate of the nematodes is more than 80%when the nematodes were treated for 144 hours with B.subtilis diluted 400-600 times,but there is also a phenomenon of nematode recovery in some individual treatments.It is also found that betel nut powder has good knockdown effect when diluted 400-600 times for treatment,and can hence be used as a solid filling material for nematode control.The sensitivity of phoxim to the stem rot nematode is not high,and the efficacy of phoxim in laboratory is not ideal.
