摘要
本文阐述一种新型超高密度大芯数网状光纤带骨架式光缆,对其结构设计、工艺制造方法进行探索确定。对其主要性能检测结果表明:与传统光缆相比,该产品在不降低光缆性能指标前提下,具有单位纤芯公里密度高、缆重量轻、结构尺寸小、柔韧性好的优势。研制的超高密度1152芯光缆:光缆中光纤衰减系数,在1550nm波长,最大值小于0.22dB/km,平均值小于0.20dB/km;该光缆最大外径21.8mm;单位长度净重420kg/km;光纤密度达到3.17芯/mm^(2)。
This article describes a new type of ultra-high-density large-fiber mesh fiber ribbons sloted cable,and explores and determines its structural design and process manufacturing methods.The main performance test results show that:compared with the traditional sloted cable,this product has the advantages of high density per unit fiber-km,light weight of the cable,small structural size and good flexibility without reducing the performance index of the cable.The Ultra-high-density 1152-fiber mesh fiber ribbons sloted cable developed:the attenuation coefficient of the optical fiber in the cable,at a wavelength of 1550nm,the maximum value is less than 0.22dB/km,the average value is less than 0.20dB/km;the maximum outer diameter of the cable is 21.8mm;the net weight per unit length is 420kg/km;optical fiber density in the cable reaches 3.17 fibers/mm^(2).
