光纤涂覆连续供料改造

摘要 采用A、B双罐供涂覆树脂,A罐直接向生产线的模具供料,B罐为补料罐。当A罐料位到下限时,A罐低液位传感器发出提示信号,B罐开始工作向A罐补料,直至达到A罐料位上限,A罐高液位传感器发出提示信号,B罐向A罐补料结束。该过程A罐持续工作,生产正常进行。当B罐料位到下限时,B罐低液位传感器同样发出提示信号,同时触动声光报警,提醒人工补充B罐的涂覆树脂。操作B罐时,不影响A罐正常工作,所以生产正常进行,大大提高生产效率。 A and B double tanks are used for coating resin,a tank supplies material directly to the mold of the production line,and B tank is the replenishment tank.When the material level of tank a reaches the lower limit,the low level sensor of tank a sends out a prompt signal,and tank B starts to work to replenish material to tank a until the upper limit of material level of tank a is reached,the high level sensor of tank a sends out a prompt signal,and the replenishment of tank B to tank a ends.In this process,tank a continues to work and the production is normal.When the material level of tank B reaches the lower limit,the low liquid level sensor of tank B will also send out a prompt signal,and at the same time,it will trigger an audible and visual alarm to remind manual replenishment of coating resin of tank B.During the operation of tank B,the normal operation of tank a will not be affected,so the production will be carried out normally and the production efficiency will be greatly improved.
