Research progress of hematological system diseases associated with inflammatory bowel disease

炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种以慢性肠道炎症为特征的疾病,包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。IBD的肠外并发症几乎涉及全身各个系统,其中血液系统的并发症并不常见,包括多发性骨髓瘤、淋巴瘤、白血病、贫血和血小板相关疾病,一旦出现通常表示预后不佳。本文旨在阐述IBD相关血液系统损害的发病机制和研究进展。

Inflammatory bowel disease is characterized by chronic intestinal inflammation,which includes Crohn′s disease and ulcerative colitis.The parenteral complications of IBD involve almost every system of the body,and the complications of blood system are not common,including multiple myeloma,lymphoma,leukemia,anemia and platelet-related diseases.Once appearing,they usually indicate poor prognosis.This article aims to elaborate the pathogenesis and research progress of hematological system damage associated with inflammatory bowel disease.
