摘要
采用高聚物对混凝土养生剂进行改性,提高养生剂薄膜的韧性和与基底的黏接性能,改善养生剂薄膜保水性能,防止薄膜开裂及剥落。使用正交分析设计方法对养生剂配方进行优化,以有效保水率、抗压强度比和黏附性能3个指标,确定养生剂的最佳配方并进行工程验证。结果表明:养生剂最佳配方为:水性氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液40%、硅丙乳液24%,消泡剂0.5%、氟碳表面活性剂0.05%、增塑剂0.7%、成膜助剂0.7%、去离子水34.05%。氟碳表面活性剂和消泡剂应严格控制其加入量,以保证养生剂性能稳定。混凝土养生剂推荐用量为0.3 kg/m2,施工时需根据气候条件实时调整。
The concrete curing agent was modified by the high polymer to enhance the toughness of the curing agent film, the bonding performance with the substrate, and the water retention property of the film, which can prevent the film cracking and peeling. The orthogonal analytical design method was used to optimize the curing agent formula. Based on three indicators, effective water retention rate, compressive strength ratio and adhesion, the optimal formula was determined and verified by engineering. The results show that, the optimal formula is 40% of waterborne oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion, 24% of silicon acrylic emulsion, 0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.05% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.7% of plasticizer, 0.7% of film forming agent, and 34.05% of deionized water. The additions of fluorocarbon surfactant and defoaming agent need to be controlled rigidly to ensure the stability of the curing agent. The recommended dosage of concrete curing agent is 0.3 kg/m2, which should be adjusted in real time according to the weather conditions during construction.
