Study on Traffic Volume Forecast of Yangqu County Transportation Development Planning

通过对阳曲县经济社会、交通运输、区域路网等基础资料的调查工作,采用弹性系数法和Transacd预测阳曲县未来特征年交通流量分布与分配。同时通过对规划路网的交通分配运行结果评价,将路网的服务水平作为评价指标和回馈判断依据,通过不断优化路网结构,在满足出行费用最优的前提下,获得较为理想的路网服务水平。望能够对类似项目提供一定参考。

In this paper, through the investigation of the economy, society, transportation and regional road network in Yangqu county, the elastic coefficient method and Transacd were used to forecast the distribution of future characteristic annual traffic volume. Meanwhile, through the evaluation of traffic distribution and operation results of the planned road network, the service level of the road network was used as the evaluation index and feedback judgement basis. By continuing to optimize the structure of the road network, the ideal service level can be achieved with an optimal travel cost. This paper hopes to provide certain reference for similar projects.
