党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足我国社会发展主要矛盾变化,把握我国经济发展进入新常态的趋势性特征,以满足人民日益增长的优美生态环境需要,把生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”总体布局,开启了我国矿业生态文明建设的新时代。武山铜矿深刻领悟绿色矿山建设重要内涵,秉持“生态优先、绿色发展”的原则,践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念,引领和带动传统矿业转型升级,提升矿山发展质量和效益,探索出一条生态效益、经济效益、社会效益相统一的新时代有色金属行业绿色矿山建设新模式,对国内同类矿山开展绿色矿山建设工作具有一定借鉴意义。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core,based on the changes of main contradictions in China’s social development,grasps the trend characteristics of China's economic development into the new normal,focuses on meet the growing needs of the people for a beautiful ecological environment,incorporates the construction of ecological civilization into the five-pronged approach,opening a new era of ecological civilization construction in mining industry.Guided by the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,Wushan Copper Mine deeply comprehends the important connotation of green mine construction,and upholds the principle of“ecological priority,green development”in the production and operation process,leading and driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional mining industry,raising the quality and efficiency of development.A new green mine construction model of nonferrous metal industry in the new era with ecological,economic and social benefits unified is explored,which has certain reference significance for similar mines in China to carry out green mine construction.
