摘要
安全高效的采场临时支护方式是保证顶板稳定的重要手段之一,传统的木支柱支护仍为我矿采场主要的临时支护手段,采场支护水平较低,难以满足采场支护要求,必须寻求更安全有效的支护技术和手段。单体液压支柱初撑力大而且均匀,能有效抑制充填体顶板离层,且可以回收再利用,因此,武山铜矿拟通过引进单体液压支柱,达到既能提高支护效率和质量,又能实现降本增效的目标。
The safe and efficient temporary stope support is one of the important means to ensure the roof stability.The traditional wood pillar support is still the main temporary support means in mine stope.The stope support level is low,so that it is difficult to meet the stope support requirements.More safe and effective support technology and means must be sought.The individual hydraulic prop with uniform strength has a large initial supporting force.It can effectively restrain the roof separation of backfill and can be recycled.Therefore,Wushan Copper Mine plans to introduce the individual hydraulic prop to improve the supporting efficiency and the quality,and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
