摘要
研究了分碲液脱锡工艺,考察了复合硅酸盐加入量、反应温度及反应时间对脱锡效果的影响。结果表明:在复合硅酸盐A加入量与锡杂质元素质量比(2.3~3)∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间2h条件下,锡脱除率95%,碲直收率99%,锡、碲分离效果较好。
This paper studied the technology of tin removal from Tellurium-containing solution,and investigated the influence of composite silicate adding amount,reaction temperature and reaction time on tin removal.The results indicated that the separation effect of tin and tellurium is better under the conditions that the mass ratio of composite silicate A to tin is(2.3~3)∶1,reaction temperature is 70℃,reaction time is 2 hours,the tin removal rate is 95%,the direct yield of tellurium is 99%.
