双圆盘液压系统引发的故障及诊断技术要求

摘要 随着阳极板产量的提升,阳极炉由每天1.5炉次增加到每天2.5炉次,这对圆盘浇注系统是个考验,也是一个重大的突破。为了提高阳极板的产量,保证圆盘浇铸顺利的运行,必须降低设备故障率。而圆盘浇铸故障主要体现液压故障,因此在降低液压系统故障率的同时,又摸索出一套有针对性的处理措施,为日后生产提供了强有力的技术保障。 With the increase of anode plate production,the anode furnace was increased from 1.5 to 2.5 runs per day,which is a test for disc gating system and a major breakthrough.In order to increase the output of anode plate and ensure the smooth operation of disc casting,the failure rate of equipment must be reduced.The failure of disc casting is mainly reflected the hydraulic faults,so while reducing the failure rate of the hydraulic system,a set of targeted treatment measures has been found out,which provides a strong technical guarantee for future production.
