摘要
介绍了CO_(2)在AOD炉中脱碳保锰热力学的研究。通过Factsage软件计算可知,在AOD脱碳期间,每50 Nm^(3)的O_(2)被100 Nm^(3)的CO_(2)替换脱碳,所带来70 t钢液理论温降为9.4℃。通过热力学研究发现,在脱碳中期,即w(C)≤0.5%后,就需要通过混合喷吹N2或Ar降低CO分压以便达到脱碳目的。
The mechanism of decarbonization and hold manganese is researched by blowing CO_(2) in AOD from thermodynamicsin the paper.According to the calculation of Factsage software,every 50 Nm^(3) of O_(2) is replaced by 100 Nm^(3) of CO_(2) during the decarbonization in AOD,which brings a theoretical temperature drop of 9.4℃for 70 t molten steel.Through thermodynamic research,it is found that in the middle stage of decarbonization,that is,when w(C)≤0.5%,it is necessary to reduce CO partial pressure by mixed blowing N2 or Ar in order to achieve decarbonization.
