摘要
介绍了铬铁矿无钙焙烧工艺生产过程中产生的粗渣作为填料重新返回焙烧系统,其性能直接影响无钙焙烧窑整个系统的稳定运行,主要研究渣体不同风化期微观状态、堆放形态对实际生产的影响,经过长期的跟踪和研究,探索出无钙焙烧系统工艺稳定运行的适宜控制参数。
The coarse slag produced in the production process of chromite calcium free roasting process is introduced,which needs to be returned to the roasting system as a packing,and its performance directly affects the stable operation of the whole system of calcium free roasting kiln.The paper mainly discusses the influence of micro state and stacking form of slag in different weathering periods on actual production,and explores a set of process to ensure calcium free roasting system through long-term tracking and research on suitable control parameters for stable operation.
