矿热炉二次电能检测系统的设计与实现

摘要 介绍了矿热炉二次电能检测系统实时测量各电能参数,在保障安全生产的同时,也为电极自动控制、智能无功补偿及电耗计算提供信号,起着至关重要的作用。采集由多路罗氏线圈检测的电流、电压信号,经同步、移相、隔离、消差处理后接入到多参数电能芯片ADE7758。信号经单片机STM32F103CBT6为MCU的主控制器标定、降噪处理后,通过485接口,MODBUS RTU协议远传到站控PLC系统,实现矿热炉二次侧全电能参数精确测量和远传。系统具有精度高、线性度好、传输快、抗干扰等特点,已在多个矿热炉应用,具有推广的价值。 It introduces the secondary electrical energy detection system for submerged arc furnaces which can measure various electrical energy parameters in real time,ensuring safe production and also playing a vital role in automatic electrode control,intelligent reactive power compensation and power consumption calculation.The current signal and voltage signal detected by the multi-channel Rogowski coil are collected,and then connected to the multi-parameter electrical energy chip ADE7758 after synchronization,phase shifting,separation and elimination.In addition,the signs are calibrated and denoised by the master controller composed of the MCU STM32 F103 CBT6,thus using the 485 interface and the MODBUS RTU protocol remotely transmit to the station control PLC system to achieve accurate measurement and remote transmission of all-electrical energy parameters on the secondary side of submerged arc furnace.Such an excellent system exhibited high precision,good linearity,fast transmission and interference resistance,which has been further applied in many submerged arc furnaces,indicating highly desirable for the market.
