摘要 首先提出了一种针对固定双曲面桥梁球型减隔震支座结构优化减重方案,对方案中需要额外计算校核的部位通过公式、图示等做了详细的说明,并且提出了非系列套图的纵向活动双曲面球型减隔震支座和横向活动双曲面球型减隔震支座在水平剪断力大的情况的设计需要注意的一些问题及解决方法,同时对剪断销轴的设计校核提出了计算方法及加工要求(紧配合、切口),供同行参考。 A method of optimizing the fixed double spherical seismic isolation bearing for bridges is put forward so as to reduce its weight.The extra part that needs to be calculated additionally is introduced in detail by way of formulas and graphic expression.Items are listed for the longitudinal and transverse sliding seismic isolation bearing for bridges in condition of the larger horizontal shear force,and the solution for the problems are suggested as well.The method of calculating shear off-force of the pin roll is discussed as well as the processing requirements(a tight fit and the pin roll’s cut for example)for reference.
