摘要
某钢筋混凝土框架结构住宅楼在装修过程中,业主发现框架柱根部存在混凝土蜂窝现象,为了解该住宅楼主体结构的安全性,故对其进行安全性检测鉴定。从建筑物的地基基础和上部结构进行检测,分析介绍了混凝土框架结构检测鉴定的内容和方法,并根据现场检测情况,采用PKPM软件建立结构三维计算模型,在荷载效应标准组合作用下进行验算复核,给出建筑物结构安全性检测鉴定结论和建议,为相关工程检测鉴定提供借鉴和参考。
During the decoration process of a reinforced concrete frame structure residential building,the owner found that there was concrete honeycomb at the root of the frame column.In order to acquaintance the safety of the main structure of the residential building,the safety inspection and appraisal were carried out.This paper analyzes and introduces the contents and methods of concrete frame structure inspection and appraisal from the foundation and superstructure of the building.According to the on-site inspection situation,the PKPM software is used to establish the three-dimensional calculation model of the structure,and the checking calculation is carried out under the standard combination of load effect.The conclusion and suggestions of building structure safety inspection and appraisal are given,which can provide reference for the inspection and appraisal of related projects.
