摘要
针对软土地区城市核心区复杂环境下超深地下连续墙施工相关技术问题,以重大工程为依托,开展槽壁稳定性、一期槽段“抓铣结合”成槽、二期槽段套铣成槽、临近地铁保护区域施工等超深地墙施工关键技术研究,保证了背景工程超深地下连续墙的质量和确保了运营地铁安全,实现了软土超75 m深地下连续墙在商业性项目大规模实施,为软土地区地下空间开发提供了有力的技术支撑。
Aiming at the technical problems related to the construction of ultra deep diaphragm wall in the complex environment of urban core area in soft soil area,relying on major projects,this paper carries out the research on the key technologies of ultra deep diaphragm wall construction,such as the stability of groove wall,the“combination of grasping and milling”of the first stage groove section,the sleeve milling of the second stage groove section,and the construction near the subway protection area,it ensures the quality of the background project ultra deep diaphragm wall and the safety of subway operation,realizes the large-scale implementation of the soft soil ultra-75 m deep diaphragm wall in commercial projects,and provides strong technical support for the development of underground space in soft soil areas.
