聚合物结构快速修补料在混凝土场道的应用

摘要 机场跑道道面修补是场务工作的重要内容,传统的修补技术,由于修补材料和工艺的局限、养护时间较长、养护期间跑道无法开通,影响了正常的交通运行。将聚合物结构快速修补料应用于机场混凝土道面快速修补技术中,并通过试验验证了材料的抗压抗折力学性能。试验结果表明:该修补材料可在2 h内,抗压强度达到30 MPa,抗折强度达到4.5 MPa,即可满足通航条件。将该材料应用于实际工程中,2 h抗压强度达到30 MPa,满足机场跑道使用要求,且经后期使用观察,修补处道面整体稳定可靠。聚合物结构快速修补料具有优良的使用性能且施工简单快捷,在机场道面修补技术中具有较大的推广价值。 Airport concrete runway repair is an important part of field service work,the traditional repair techniques,repair materials and processes due to the limitations of longer curing time,the runway can not be opened during maintenance,affecting the normal flow of traffic.The polymer structure rapid repair material is applied to the rapid repair technology of airport concrete pavement.The mechanical properties of the material in compression and bending are verified.The test results show that the repair material can achieve a compressive strength of 30 MPa and a flexural strength of 4.5 MPa within 2 hours,which can meet the navigation conditions.The material is used in actual engineering,and the compressive strength reaches 30 MPa in 2 hours,which meets the requirements of airport runway use.The later use observation shows that the repaired road surface is stable and reliable.The polymer structure quick repair material with excellent performance,simple and quick construction has a great promotion value in airport pavement repair technology.
