港珠澳大桥海豚塔海上整体吊装施工方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥主塔顺桥向外形呈“白海豚”状,塔重约3060 t,其中Z0节段约500 t,整体段约2560 t,属带装饰的异型超重钢塔结构,因桥位处海况复杂,台风较多,分节段安装施工工期长,且无法保证高空焊接质量。为保证大桥主塔的施工质量,拟采用主塔工厂整体段加工,浮运至海上,整体安装到位的方案,将高空作业地面化,海上作业工厂化,为世界桥梁建设创造性地提供了中国智慧方案,为以后的国内外高耸桥梁建设提供一定的参考。 The main tower of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is shaped like a“white dolphin”along the bridge.The tower weighs about 3060 tons,including Z0 section of about 500 tons,the whole period of about 2560 tons.It is a special type overweight steel tower structure with decoration,due to the complex sea conditions and more typhoons at the bridge site,the construction period for segmentary installation is long,and the quality of high-altitude welding cannot be guaranteed.In order to ensure the construction quality of the main tower of the bridge,it is proposed to adopt the scheme of processing the whole section of the main tower factory,floating it to the sea,and overall installation in place.The scheme turns the aerial operation into the ground operation and the sea operation into the factory operation,which creatively provides the Chinese wisdom scheme for the world bridge construction,and provides some reference for the future domestic and foreign high-rise bridge construction.
