Discussion on the reform of heating pipe network in the renovation of old residential area

根据白银市城区2019年老旧小区改造项目的工程设计及施工的经历,总结整理在老旧小区改造工程中的改造经验。通过结合改造现场实际情况,基于供热管网水利平衡理论,优化调整供热管网走向,合理布置热计量装置和调节阀门,使老旧小区供热管网实现更新,管网配套设施实现升级换代,最终确保小区供热均衡稳定。

According to t he experience of engineering design and construction for the old residential reconstruction project in 2019 in Baiyin City,the paper summarizes knowledge of the old residential reconstruction project.Combined with the actual situation of the transformation site,the trend of the heating network is optimized based on the theory of hydraulic balance of heating network.Subsequently,the thermal metering device and the valve are arranged reasonably,respectively.Through such efforts,the heating pipe network and the supporting facilities in old residential area are renovated which will ensure the balance and stability of district heating.
