高度城市化地区生态空间规划管控研究——以深圳市为例

Research on Management and Control of Ecological Space Planning in Highly Urbanized Area--Taking Shenzhen as an example

在空间规划体系改革的背景下,全域全要素统筹管理是未来国土空间规划领域必须完善的范畴,生态空间作为国土空间的重要组成部分,其规划的作用和地位将越来越重要。本文在总结相关研究和实践的基础上,以深圳市为例,提出高度城市化地区生态空间的规划管控体系构建建议,并重点对规划体系的构成与内容、管控单元划定和管控方式等方面进行研究,以期为同类区域的国土空间规划体系构建提供借鉴。

Ecological space planning is getting more and more important under the background of spatial planning system reform,and its planning management has become a key category of territorial spatial planning which covering the whole region and all elements.Based on the summary of relevant research and practice,this paper takes Shenzhen as an example to put forward suggestions on the construction of planning management system of ecological space in highly urbanized areas,and focuses on the composition of the planning system,the methods of units delimitation and management,so as to provide reference for the construction of territorial space planning system in similar areas.
