Research on Application of BIM Technology in Green Public Building Design

在经济发展新时期,建筑设计的结构性优化要求不断提高,更为明显的是,在环保建设要求的引导下,绿色公共建筑设计理论兴起,依托于BIM技术,绿色建筑设计理论获得了较为广泛地传播,并且在较好的经济效益以及社会效益的支持下,促使绿色公共建筑设计理论逐渐得到了更为广泛地应用。BIM技术作为绿色公共建筑设计中的关键技术,对建筑设计质量具有关键影响。现阶段,国内外一些建筑企业为了提高绿色公共建筑设计的质量,提高公共建筑工程的社会效益,并贯彻绿色建筑的理念,将BIM技术积极应用到了实际的建筑设计中。本文也由此进行了具体地分析,借助实际的工程案例,对BIM技术在绿色公共建筑设计中的应用办法进行了进一步地研究和探讨。

In the new era of economic development,the structural optimization requirements of architectural design are constantly improving.More obviously,under the guidance of environmental protection construction requirements,green public building design theory is rising.Relying on BIM Technology,green building design theory has been widely spread,and supported by better economic and social benefits,Green public building design theory has been gradually applied more widely.As the key technology of green public building design,BIM Technology has a key impact on the quality of architectural design.At the present stage,in order to improve the quality of green public building design,improve the social benefits of public building projects,and implement the concept of Green Building,some construction enterprises at home and abroad actively apply BIM technology to the actual architectural design.This paper also makes a concrete analysis,and further studies and discusses the application methods of BIM technology in green public building design with the help of actual engineering cases.
