摘要
快速抗抑郁新药GLYX-13四肽的液相合成新方法。采用液相片段法合成GLYX-13,经两个二肽片段缩合,用水作为肽键缩合反应后处理溶剂,避免大量有毒性有机溶剂的使用。该方法较逐个延长肽链的方法可显著提高反应收率,操作简单,反应条件温和,易于放大量合成。
A novel liquid-phase synthetic method of GLYX-13, a new rapid tetrapeptide antidepressant, was developed. The preparation process adopted liquid-phase fragment synthetic technology by dipeptide condensation. Water was used as post-processing solvent avoiding the using of toxic organic solvents. The preparation method has the advantages of significantly improving reaction yield simple operation, simple operation, mild reactive conditions and easy to be prepared in large-scale compared with the elongation of polypeptide chain one by one method.
