从铝粉优选角度谈免喷涂外观缺陷改善 被引量:2

摘要 金属光泽免喷涂塑料产品由于其独特的优势而具有广阔的应用前景,其中铝颜料是目前用量最大且最具有代表性的免喷涂颜料。但由于金属与高分子树脂基体天然的差异性以及铝粉不同的形貌特征等等,添加铝粉的金属光泽免喷涂制件往往会出现熔接痕、流痕等外观缺陷,应该如何更适宜的选择铝粉是一个行业难题。本文从铝粉形态的选择,铝粉粒径的选择以及铝粉径厚比的选择三个维度,探讨了铝粉的优选及其对免喷涂塑料产品外观缺陷改善的情况。 Due to its unique advantages, metallic luster Spray-Free plastic products have broad application prospects, among which aluminum pigment is the most used and most representative Spray-Free pigment. However, due to the natural differences between metal and polymer resin matrix and the different morphologies of aluminum powder, the appearance defects such as weld marks and flow marks often appear in the metal luster Spray-Free parts with aluminum powder. How to select aluminum powder more appropriately is an industry problem. This paper discusses the optimization of aluminum powder and the improvement of the appearance defects of Spray-Free plastic products from three aspects: the selection of aluminum powder morphology, the selection of aluminum powder particle size and the selection of aluminum powder diameter-thickness ratio.
