磺胺嘧啶钠对粟酒裂殖酵母生长代谢的热动力学研究

Thermokinetic Studies of the Sulfadiazine Sodium on the Growth Metabolism of S.pombe

在305.15 K条件下,应用生物微量仪测得不同浓度磺胺嘧啶钠(SD-Na)作用下的粟酒裂殖酵母(S.pombe)生长代谢曲线,并根据生长代谢曲线计算得到其生长速率常数k、最大发热功率P_(max)、抑制率I、传代时间t G、半抑制浓度CI,50等热动力学参数。实验结果表明:在研究浓度范围内,SD-Na对S.pombe具有较好的抑制作用,其半抑制浓度C_(I,50)为13.4751×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)。

The growth thermogenic curves of S.pombe with different concentrations of the sulfadiazine sodium was measured by using a TAM Air microcalorimeter at 305.15 K.According to the heat production curves,the thermodynamic parameters such as the growth rate constant(k),maximum heating power(P_(max)),inhibition ratio(I),generation time(t G)and half inhibition ratio(CI,50)of S.pombe were calculated.The experimental results indicate that the sulfadiazine sodium possesses inhibitory effect on the growth metabolism of S.pombe under the studied concentration and that the half inhibitory concentrations(C_(I,50))value of the sulfadiazine sodium was found to be 13.4751×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1).
