摘要
本文研究了一种实时监测成型工业催化剂水分含量的新方法,即紧堆密度法,考察了成型催化剂样品形状、规格长度和湿度对样品水分含量分析测定结果的影响,研究结果表明,应用该新方法分析球型催化剂水分含量的准确性比条型催化剂高,样品规格长度的增长,分析偏差增大。与失重法相比,紧堆密度法操作简易、快速、可靠,分析效率提高了5倍,在分析样品湿度小于40%时,准确性高。紧堆密度法应用在催化剂工业生产装置上可实时监测成型催化剂干燥后水分含量,提高了催化剂工业装置的生产效率和产品质量。
This paper studied a new method of real-time monitoring of forming industrial catalyst moisture content, which was the compact heap density method.The influence of shape, length and humidity on the moisture content of the catalyst was investigated. The research results showed that the accuracy of the new method in the analysis of water content of spherical catalyst was higher than that of strip catalyst, and the analysis deviation increased with the increase of sample size length. Compared with the weightlessness method, the compaction density method was simple, rapid and reliable, and the analysis efficiency was increased by 5 times. When the humidity of the sample was less than 40 %, the accuracy was high. The compacted heap density method was applied in catalyst production unit to monitor the moisture content of forming catalyst after drying, which improved the production efficiency and product quality of the unit.
