空调循环冷却水系统垢样的定量分析研究

摘要 对八份空调循环冷却水系统换热器传热管道内表面的污垢进行有机物、碳酸盐、酸不溶物、氧化钙、氧化镁、五氧化二磷、氧化锌及氧化铜的定量全分析测定,并以钽试剂测定氧化铁,从垢样成分定量分析的角度出发,研究空调循环冷却水系统管道污垢的特点,从而给出合理的溶样建议和措施。 Quantitatively detect organic matter, carbonate, acid insoluble matter, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide, zinc oxide and copper oxide on the inner surface of the heat transfer pipes of the heat exchanger of the air conditioning circulating cooling water system, and measure iron oxide with tantalum reagent. From the perspective of quantitative analysis of the composition of the scale sample, the characteristics of the pipeline fouling of the air conditioning circulating cooling water system are studied, so as to give reasonable sample dissolution suggestions and measures.
