摘要
目的:探讨丹皮酚与淫羊藿苷联用调控CXCR3-B和CXCL4对宫颈癌Hela细胞生长的研究。方法:不同浓度淫羊藿苷、不同浓度丹皮酚以及不同比例丹皮酚和淫羊藿苷联用处理Hela细胞后,细胞增殖实验(CCK-8)检测评价Hela细胞存活率,免疫印迹法(Western Blot)检测趋化因子(Chemokine,CXC)CXCR3-B和CXCL4的表达。结果:与对照组相比,丹皮酚和淫羊藿苷均可抑制Hela细胞生长,并且二者联合作用可提高抑制率,WesternBlot显示CXCR3-B表达升高,CXCL4表达降低(p<0.05)。结论:丹皮酚与淫羊藿苷联用抑制Hela细胞生长,可能是通过调节CXCR3-B和CXCL4蛋白表达。
Objective: To investigate the effect of paeonol combined with Icariin on the growth of cervical cancer HeLa cells by regulating cxcr3-b and CXCL4. Methods: HeLa cells were treated with different concentrations of icariin, different concentrations of Paeonol and different proportions of Paeonol and icariin. Cell proliferation assay(CCK-8) was used to evaluate the survival rate of HeLa cells. The expression of chemokine(CXC), CXCR3-B and CXCL4 were detected by Western blot. Results: compared with the control group, Paeonol and icariin could inhibit the growth of HeLa cells, and the combined effect of Paeonol and icariin could increase the inhibition rate. Western blot showed that the expression of CXCR3-B was increased and the expression of CXCL4 was decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion: paeonol combined with icariin can inhibit the growth of HeLa cells by regulating the expression of CXCR3-B and CXCL4 proteins.
