免蒸压加气混凝土砌块研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:3

摘要 免蒸压加气混凝土砌块是一种利用节能工艺制备的绿色多孔建筑材料。分析了免蒸压加气混凝土砌块的加气原理与特性、制备工艺及应用范围;针对免蒸压加气混凝土砌块存在的强度偏低及易收缩开裂等问题,提出了未来应开展加气机理,原材料-制备-环境协调性以及技术标准等三个方向的研究。研究结果可为免蒸压加气混凝土砌块的制备及其在建筑业中的推广应用提供思路。 Non-autoclaved aerated concrete block is a kind of green porous building material prepared by energy-saving technology. The aeration principle, characteristics, preparation technology and application scope of non-autoclaved aerated concrete block are analyzed. In view of the problems of low strength and easy shrinkage and cracking of non-autoclaved aerated concrete block, it is suggested that the aerated mechanism, the coordination of raw materials, preparation and environment, and the technical standards should be studied in the future. The research results can provide ideas for the preparation of non-autoclaved aerated concrete block and ita application in the construction industry.
