区域危险废物行业环境风险评估案例研究

Case Study on Environmental Risk Assessment of Regional Hazardous Waste Industry

预防危险废物的非法转移、倾倒、填埋等违法犯罪行为,已然引起了社会及政府部门的广泛关注。本文选取某市主要产生危险废物的5个片区,构建区域危险废物环境风险评估体系,梳理各区域危险废物环境风险源危险性、受体暴露性、受体抗逆性,按照赋值的方法评估其环境风险,识别出当前各区域环境风险的突出环节并提供管理建议。

The prevention of illegal transfer, dumping, and landfilling of hazardous waste has already aroused widespread concern in society and government departments. This article selects five districts of a city that mainly produce hazardous wastes, builds a regional hazardous waste environmental risk assessment system, sorts out the hazard of hazardous waste environmental risk sources, receptor exposure, and receptor resistance in each region, and evaluates them according to the method of assignment. Environmental risks, identify the current outstanding links of environmental risks in various regions and provide management suggestions.
