矿热炉烟气热值利用的探讨

Discussion on the Utilization of Calorific Value of Flue Gas in Ore Furnace

密闭式矿热炉生产过程产生大量的副产烟气,极易污染环境。本文主要介绍密闭式矿热炉烟气蕴含热值再利用方式。通过对烟气进行净化冷却降温处置,使烟气符合使用条件,并联合使用几种热值利用方式,对烟气进行综合利用。该文章着重对电厂流化床锅炉装置燃煤与烟气掺烧发电对锅炉的运行影响进行简单的介绍,最终达到回收矿热炉烟气的热值的作用。

A large amount of by-product flue gas is produced in the production process of closed ore furnace, which easily pollutes the environment. This paper mainly introduces the recycling method of the calorific value contained in the flue gas of closed furnace. By purifying, cooling and cooling the flue gas, the flue gas can meet the service conditions, and the flue gas can be comprehensively utilized by combining several calorific value utilization methods. This article focuses on the power plant fluidized bed boiler unit of coal and flue gas mixed combustion power generation on the boiler operation of the influence of a simple introduction, and finally to recover the calorific value of flue gas mining furnace.
