同时测定废水中阿特拉津、三唑酮、氟虫睛的方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对阿特拉津、三唑酮及氟虫睛的性质及危害做了介绍,基于对三个组分各自的检测方法的研究,试图从分析时间、分离效果、重复性、精密度等因素考虑,对气相色谱的检测条件包括初始温度、升温速率等进行确认,找到同时检测这三种农药的方法。经研究建立了气相色谱法一氮磷检测器同时测定废水中的阿特拉津、三唑酮及氟虫睛农药残留量的方法,并对该方法的最低检测限、校准曲线、加标回收率、精密度、准确度等指标进行了确认。结果表明,采用该方法所测定的此三种农药残留量在DB-5毛细管柱上得到了很好的分离,且方法准确、快速、灵敏,完全符合实际应用需要。在调好的色谱条件下,采用GC分析时,组分在一定的浓度范围内,线性良好,各种物质的精密度都在5%以内,最低的可达到1.8%,最低检出限在0.04~0.08 mg/L范围内,阿特拉津的回收率在103%~110%之间,三唑酮的回收率在98%~109%之间,氟虫睛的回收率在101%~109%之间,所以此三种待测物质在此条件下均有较好的回收率。 In this paper, the properties and harm of atrazine, triadimefon and flurocidal are introduced. Based on the study of the detection methods for each of the three components, this paper attempts to confirm the detection conditions of gas chromatography, including the initial temperature, heating rate and so on,considering the factors such as analysis time, separation effect, repeatability and precision, find a way to test all three at the same time. The study established a method using gas chromatography with NPD detector to detect pesticide residues of atrazine, fipronil and triadimefon in the waste water,and the minimum detection limit of this method, calibration curves, recoveries, precision, accuracy and other indicators were identified. The results show that this method measured the three kinds of pesticide residues in the DB-5 capillary column was well separated, and the method is accurate, rapid, sensitive and suitable for practical application needs.In tune good chromatographic conditions, using GC analysis, the components in a certain concentration range, good linearity, precision of various substances are within 5 %, the lowest up to 1.8 %, the lowest detection limits 0.04~0.08 mg/L range, the recovery rate of atrazine at 103 %~110 %, the recovery rate of triadimefon at 98 %~109 %, the recovery rate of fipronil at 101 % to 109 %, so these three analytes have good recovery rate under this condition.
