顶空气相色谱法测定头孢布烯中三乙胺的残留量 被引量:1

摘要 建立了检测头孢布烯原料药中三乙胺残留量的分析方法。采用顶空气相色谱法,FID检测器,以DB-624毛细管柱为色谱柱,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为230℃,柱温采用程序升温,以氮气为载气,流速为3.0 mL/min。结果表明,在该色谱条件下,三乙胺能够达到良好分离,浓度线性范围为0.64~47.76μg/mL(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.42%(RSD=1.24%,n=9)。该方法可用于检测头孢布烯中三乙胺的残留量。 A headspace gas chromatography method for determination of residual triethylamine in Ceftibuten was established.It was performed on DB-624 capillary column with FID detector.The temperature of injection port was 200℃,the temperature of detector was 230℃.The column temperature was raised by program.The carried gas was nitrogen at a flow rate of 3.0 mL/min.The results showed that triethylamine can be well separated under the chromatographic conditions.The linear range was 0.64~47.76μg/mL(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 100.42%,RSD was 1.24%(n=9).The method can be used for the determination of triethylamine in Ceftibuten.
