课程思政融入药食同源与健康课程教学的思考和探索

摘要 药食同源与健康是基于中医养生理论,主要讲解既是食物又是中药的品种在不同体质和常见病中的食养食疗的课程,具有集中医、食、史等特点,为课程思政的有效融入提供了丰富的素材。首先对选修药食同源与健康课程的学生进行问卷调查,明确学生对课程思政融入药食同源与健康的需求,有针对性的设计课程思政案例将其自然的融入药食同源与健康课程,使思政教育与课程教学齐头并进。课程思政的实施可激发学生的中医药文化自信和传承精神,对于学生严守职业道德和坚守专业信仰具有重要的引领作用。 The homology of medicine and food course is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation,and it mainly explains both food and TCM varieties in different physique and common diseases of food and nourishment food therapy courses.It has the characteristics of concentrated medicine,food,history and so on,which provides rich material for the effective integration of ideological and political courses.Through the questionnaire among the students,the ideological and political cases of courses are designed to integrate them naturally into the medicine and food homology and health courses based on the needs of students,and to promote ideological and political education and curriculum teaching go hand in hand.The implementation of the ideological and political curriculum can stimulate students’confidence in traditional Chinese medicine culture and the spirit of inheritance,and play an important role in guiding students to strictly observe professional ethics and adhere to professional beliefs.
